Downsize De-Clutter Organize

There is no time like the present to start downsizing to rightsize your living space.  A downsized, organized and de-cluttered space allows for a more balanced and peaceful life. Often times the desire to downsize comes with a need for a more simplified life space. So, let's get started!

  • I'll help you to identify what to keep, gift, sell, donate, shred, recycle or discard.
  • We'll work together to sort and organize paperwork, closets, cabinets, cupboards, drawers, kitchen, pantry, office, family room, dining room, bonus room, bedrooms, bathrooms, basement, attic and garage or any room in your living space.
  • We can photograph and inventory your items so that you have a record of what was sold and/or donated.
  • I'll coordinate with agreed upon vendors to support shredding, recycle, donation and disposal of items that no longer serve you.

Real Estate Agent - Home Sale

In today's market it's important to prepare your home by making it appealing and irresistible to as many buyers as possible. Working together as a team with you and your agent I'll remove the stress and begin to de-clutter, depersonalize, sort, organize and pack up non-essential items to make your home show ready!

  • I'll de-clutter and clear the space to prepare for staging.
  • Clear and organize any space necessary for inspection.
  • Arrange charity pick-up of unwanted items.
  • I'll organize closets, kitchen, pantry, office, family room, dining room, bonus room, bedrooms, bathrooms, garage, attic, any room or space that is visible to a prospective buyer.
  • Pack up non-essential items until the home is sold.

Storage Unit

There are a number of good reasons to rent a storage unit...for a limited time. If you’ve been paying for a storage unit for 6 months or more you may find it beneficial to evaluate the cost vs. the value of the belongings being stored.

  • I'll work together with you at your storage unit to support you in deciding what to keep, gift, sell, donate, shred, recycle or discard.
  • We'll consider your current living space to help support decisions on how many items from your storage unit can be comfortably included in your home.
  • I'll coordinate with vendors of your choice to transfer belongings to the decided upon destination.

Moving is stressful - nobody likes it. By de-cluttering before you move you can make the packing process easier, avoid the costs of transporting things you no longer need, and make unpacking so much easier.

  • Work with you and your future floor plan to determine what to bring with you, what to sell, and what to gift, donate, or discard.
  • I'll take great care, ensuring that your belongings are packed safely and professionally for the trip to your new home.
  • Supervise movers on move day.
  • I'll carefully unpack, organize and resettle your belongings so that you are comfortable in your new surroundings the minute you walk in the door.
